Alamo Heights ISD is...

We benefit from the talent, time and treasure of those who live, work, and call AHISD home!

There are many ways for members of the community to learn about and get involved with AHISD schools. From volunteering, joining a campus PTO, supporting teachers through the Alamo Heights School Foundation. or participating in district events, we are grateful for the impact our community members have in AHISD.

Residents over age 65 are eligible to receive a Gold Card which offers free admission to regular season home athletic events. The district also offers the Senior and Grand Mules program several times a year which offers senior citizens and grandparents the opportunity to visit AHISD schools and learn from students and staff.

We proudly welcome military families and have created a website with resources specifically focused on helping them as they join AHISD.
