Registration may be cancelled and full tuition refunded if made 30 days prior to the first day of class. If a class is cancelled by the Summer at Heights Program for any reason (e.g., insufficient enrollment), the tuition may be transferred to another class or refunded in full.
These course changes may be made online with no additional fees. Parents will be notified of such cancellations the week prior to the class. If a class is cancelled due to conditions beyond our control (e.g. inclement weather), no refunds will be given. The program will remain open rain or shine; program/course closures will be provided by email e-blast to registered participants.
